For the past ten years, I’ve been depressed, had low self-esteem, and I’ve been gaining weight. I’ve been on Atkins Diet variations, Keto, intermittent fasting, Fit For Life, and more. I joined a 90-day boot camp last year and lost weight through extreme dieting and a boot camp workout. The result: 25 lbs of fat lost, a hernia, and chronic back pain disabled me. I’ve gained all the weight back and then some.

The program is amazing. The first two months I thought I was not getting anywhere. Small things like rubber bands on my water bottle to count my refills, learning new weekly habits through this program, and watching/listening to helpful tips and information.
