Hey there! I'm Lisa Austin, but most of my clients call me Coach Lisa.
I know that you want to be fit and full of vitality so you can enjoy your life. To do that, you need to end non-stop-dieting, lose weight and make a forever change in your lifestyle.
The problem is you keep failing, which makes you feel helpless, unhappy and depressed. I believe you can break the continual diet-failure cycle. We both know there are too many risks to being overweight. I understand, and I’ve spent a lifetime struggling with my health issues, which is why I’ve dedicated my career to learning life-changing techniques and science that have changed hundreds of people’s lives.
I provide a friendly kick in the butt, motivating you to stay accountable and consistent.
I live and breathe this stuff every day, and have dedicated my professional life to helping people like you become fitter, stronger, and healthier than ever.

“I started my fitness and nutrition journey so that I could feel GOOD again!”
When I started my fitness journey, I had no idea where it would take me. I had no idea how far I would go, that I would become a personal trainer, have a business, or be able to help as many people as I have.
I started because I was tired of the pain; I was tired of not doing things because I didn’t have the energy or strength and wanted to feel ‘good’ again. You see, I was in a car accident and I hurt all the soft tissue in my back.
You’re on a journey, too.
Everyone has reasons for their journey, and your road will be different than mine. What I know for sure is that this is a journey without end, forever something new.
Along the way, I learned I had food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities and that is what was holding me back from my results. Over time, I learned what foods work best for me and while still getting everything my body needs through proper nutrition.
Thankfully, I was able to adjust to those challenges, I changed my relationship with food, and how I move my body so I could be the person I wanted to be.
Over time, I built muscle to strengthen my body and deal with the chronic pain. I healed from a lifetime of dieting through perseverance. I learned how to choose my outcomes.

My approach to working with clients is to get you ready for "life after Coach Lisa". Sure, some of my clients have stayed on for the long-term for new workouts each month, progress tracking, and accountability (and a kick in the butt, of course), but my goal is to help you get set to stand on your own and be confident in your abilities to stay consistent with your healthy habits, for life.
